Rental Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Rei Tours. By booking a vehicle with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is a request until confirmed by our team via email. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

2. Payment

All payments are made in cash or by card at the time of vehicle pickup. No online payments are processed.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required at pickup. The amount varies by vehicle category.

4. Driver Requirements

Drivers must hold a valid driving licence for at least 2 years. Minimum age is 21 years. International driving permit required for non-EU licence holders.

5. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned full.

6. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled at any time before the rental start without penalty.

7. Insurance

Basic insurance is included. Full insurance is available as an optional extra.
